Return Policy (Online Purchases)
  • A customer can return any product within 60 days of purchase for a full credit of merchandise. After 60 days, all sales are FINAL.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges at the time of return.
  • Customers will receive credit for shipping costs on any manufacturer defective part or any part shipped in error.
  • Returned parts/products must be in their original packaging with all instructions, warranty cards, and any attachments. All parts must be complete and undamaged. Disassembled, damaged, and custom parts cannot be returned.
  • You must call for an authorization code to process a return in a timely manner. Failure to do so can result in delays in applicable credits.

All returns should be made using FedEx or insured mail with tracking to the address on your packing list.

We cannot accept any returns made via Airborne Express/DHL.
